Content that gets a venue booked out, a product noticed, and a feed worth following — built by someone who has run the floor, not just filmed it.
Growth figures shown are organic. Paid campaigns are run in collaboration with a paid media agency.
Currently working with AMANO Group across Berlin, Munich and London — a hotel chain with a rooftop bar overlooking Covent Garden, where the remit spans newsletter, CRM and website updates alongside community management, content, influencer leads, event management and the quarterly analytics reporting behind it all — footfall, conversion and ROI, not just likes. Past work spans a modern French restaurant chain and a group of three very different London pubs — each with its own crowd, its own rhythm, and its own story to film.
Every project starts on location: real venues, real teams, real product. That operational background means every brief and every shoot is planned the way the venue actually runs — with input from GMs, chefs and floor teams, not just from a desk. The focus is always the same — impactful content, storytelling that lands, and consistency that keeps a brand showing up in the feed, not just interrupting it.
Before the reels, there was an actual floor to run — close to a decade in hospitality operations across four countries. It started behind bars in the French Riviera and the Alps: Saint-Tropez, Courchevel, then Deauville in Normandy, before a stint on the five-star Ponant cruise line. From there into General Manager and Assistant General Manager roles at five-star properties including Hôtel Benkiraï and Althoff Villa Belrose in Saint-Tropez — including opening a new hotel from the ground up as GM. Further chapters followed at Caviar Classic in London and Bistro Guillaume in Melbourne, before hospitality management at Aubaine Mayfair turned into a move behind the camera: two years leading social media and events across Aubaine's London sites. I'm currently Social Media & Marketing Manager at AMANO Group, working across Berlin, Munich and London. Fourteen years in hospitality, four countries, one throughline — understanding what makes people show up, stay a while, and come back, from both sides of the bar.
A brand's feed should feel like a place worth following — not an ad interrupting someone's day.
